You can use scent to pep up your performance and...
Yes you become sharper and think better after a cup of coffee. And certainly as a brain stimulant, aromatherapy won’t be as powerful as coffee.
Quite frankly, there are so many contradicting reports about coffee. Yesterday someone claimed that coffee is good for us, the next day another report claimed the opposite.
A few things for certain, scents do not over amp your adrenal glands and your central nervous system remains calm. This means that when you are stressed out, using coffee to pep yourself out will make you more lousy while scents do not have this negative point.
Probably you also already know that coffee make the consumer easier to fall into depression, anxiety and stress. That’s not something you want if you are to be on top of your job.
In short, aromatherapy works the same way as coffee minus the negative health effect of drugs.
How does that sound to you?
If you are already convinced like I do, then join me to use aromatherapy for success

Generally, Geramium is better liked and considered to be more pleasant than Valerian.
The main challenges of using scents in the office…
What you consider as a pleasant scent may be perceived as stinky by your colleagues. Also your company may not encourage employee to use scent openly. If these concerns are on your mind, you can,
- Wear essential oil as perfume (more for ladies).
- Use scented hanky.
- Use aromatherapy invale.
- Use scented lotion (more for ladies).
Okay. That's all for now.... Keep the aromatherapy for success code safe and use it well.
