"Who Else Wants to Know the Truth about Chakras?"Chakras! Probably you have heard this word before, but you may not know much about them. I have shared these with friends and thought I might as well put it up here for you too. To make it simple for you. :) These spinning wheels are energy centers corresponding to our endocrine glands. In fact, every one of us has seven main chakras (Energy Centers) and many other minor ones. Working upwards (from feet), the 7 main ones are Base, Sacral, Solar Plexus, Heart, Throat, Third eye and Crown. For now, I will focus on the 7 main centers. These centers are the entrance and exit points for energies. Pulling in fresh and clean energy and expelling negative or used up energy.
"Are you aware of these?"For a healthy person, the centers spin smoothly and rapidly in spiraling clockwise motion. The direction reverses when the person is unwell. Either it end up spinning too fast or slow. This change interrupts the natural rhythmic flow of energy creating energetic congestion and blockage.Since each of the seven energy centers corresponds with particular body organs and emotional and psychological patterns, energy congestion and blockage lead to an imbalance and malfunctioning physical body. Professional healers can feel the changes in the energy centers…but it does not mean that you can do nothing about it. In fact you can.
