"Which Hand to Use When Handling Crystals?"

Did it ever cross you mind...why I place quite a bit of emphasis on the hand to use?

Do you know why certain crystal stones related activities , I will request you to use the left hand………while at another instance I would tell you to use your right hand?

Are you confused? Sorry for that!

Well, there is a reason for doing this…Not to confuse you further so here’s the explanation…

In the law of nature, energy circulates from left to right. This means energy travels into your body via your left hand and out via the right.



Let’s try a little fun experiment:

  • Sit face to face with a partner. Your palms and your partner palms facing each other about 1 inch apart.

  • Visualize the energy (chi) flowing out from your right hand into the left hand of your partners.

  • Do this for 5 minutes continuously.

  • Stop visualizing and feel a circulating chi which continues to exist. You should feel it circulating (INTO your left hand and OUT of the right)

"Glen, I am left handed. Does this apply to me?"

Yes! It does. I m a left handed too. Regardless of left or right handed, the law of nature does not change…..Left is still your absorbing side and Right the energizing side.


"How do I apply this knowledge?"

For self healing purpose - mental, emotionally, physically or physiologically……wear the crystal stones on the left. Use the absorbing (left) hand and allow the vibrational energy of the crystals to heal you.

For energy emanation related activities - Like…..healing others, programming use the energizing (right) hand.
