"Have you ever heard of Spiritual Grounding?"If you want to lead a wholesome life, sooner or later you have to know spiritual grounding so I may as well explain it here. Grounding is about maintaining your grip of reality and connection to The Earth. Huh, what? You see, in our fast paced society, we are vulnerable to events around us. Your boss yelled at you accusing you of being slow. You have to multitask like crazy and the end result…..stress and many other unpleasant feelings. If these negativities accumulate in our body without a proper releasing outlet, your general wellbeing are affected. Can you imagine yourself becoming a walking cluster of negative energies? Hmmm…not a pleasant idea, right? So you have to channel these negativities away and a way to do it is through grounding. Of course you can exercise to achieve the same thing but grounding has its other usefulness too.
"Where else can I use spiritual grounding?"Probably you already know that “negativities” also means “unwanted energy” and “distraction”.If you are thinking along the line of using it for meditation and energy healing, you are already very close to the answer. Use it before meditation to center yourself and flush out the inner distraction. Also as an energy healer, you should use it to drain off the unwanted energy after every healing session.
